Injuries During Birth

You could have a claim when you have suffered an injury during childbirth. This can include injuries suffered to you or your baby during childbirth. 

When a baby suffers injury during childbirth or after being born that was caused by the lack of care of a medical professional, you could receive compensation as it often means the child will need assistance, additional care, equipment, changes to accommodation and you may be entitled to make a claim.
