Arguably seen as once the preserve of the rich and famous, Nuptial Agreements are becoming increasingly common, particularly in the context of people getting married or entering into civil partnerships later in life when they have already accrued a significant pot of assets, or entering in to a second marriage after divorce.
A Pre-Nuptial Agreement is an agreement that a couple might sign before getting married or entering into a civil partnership. It may be possible, in some circumstances, to agree a fixed fee. For more information on our fees, please click here or contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
We also appreciate that thinking about what steps you should be taking is a daunting prospect with many people, understandably, not knowing where to start.
