At Fieldings Porter, our litigation team deal with all types of contractual disputes. A contract is a legally binding agreement between two or more people and it can be made orally or in writing. A contract is legally enforceable and typical contract agreements include: exchange of goods, services, money or promises. 

Disputes often occur between one business and another business. As businesses enter into contract on a daily basis with other businesses, it is common that disagreement and conflict arises. This can be because of a number of reasons –
