Professional expertise before joining the firm: I have worked in various law firms over the past decade and dealt with all manner of commercial property, residential property and corporate law matters

Department responsibilities (within the firm): I am a Solicitor in the Commercial Department dealing with a full range of commercial property, residential property and corporate law matters including:

Sale and purchase of commercial property including industrial, retail, agricultural and property portfolios
Sale and purchase of residential property including houses, apartments and property portfolios
Company share acquisitions and disposals
Commercial leases including new leases, renewals and assignments
Sale and purchase of business assets and equipment
